Intern Scott Osborne measures a pebble during a geomorphology assessment
Announcements
Geomorphology assessments…
Wading in a stream, the gentle summer breeze, cicadas in the background… what could be better? As the summer season draws to a close, spend some time in a stream by helping with a geomorphology assessment. We take various measurements of the stream, which help us to characterize the channel and understand sediment loads. Each assessment takes 2-3 hours.
