Announcements

Spring Potluck…

Thanks to everyone who braved the thunder on Saturday! The potluck was lots of fun (as evidenced by the photo above). The next potluck will be at the end of the summer sampling season (after August 15)

Summer Updates and Activities…

Vacations:
Rose will be on vacation from 6/7 – 7/7.
John will be on vacation in late June (dates to be announced)

Summer projects:

  • Benthic Sampling – the summer sampling season will start in July. Rose will be in touch in early July if your site will need to be sampled.
  • Substrate Sampling – this will continue through June and probably into July and August.
  • Geomorphology Assessments – these will start in July, and last through the fall.
  • Bacterial Monitoring – samples are scheduled for 6/8, 7/13 and 8/10. Bacterial Lab work is scheduled for 6/9, 7/14 and 8/11.
